Red Curry Sauce:

Green Curry Sauce:

Another one of the classic "mother sauces". The fragrant flavor of lemongrass, spinach, basil and kaffir lime, unables you to create authentic Malaysian dishes. Used with meats, seafood, vegetables, rice, tofu and noodles.

Lime Dressing:

Contain the 4 "Flavor Gods" of Southeast Asian Cooking: Salty, Sweet, Sour, and Spicy flavors of oil-free dressing to enchant and to compliment any salad, perfect to use as marinade or sauce for meats, vegetables, tofu, seafood, and quinoa.

Pineapple Chutney:

Flavored with Malaysian super spices: cloves, cardamom and turmeric, this healthy chutney is delicious as a condiment to pork, lamb, beef, seafood and vegetables. Fantastic as topping for ice cream, cakes, and is a "kiss" to toasts or crackers and local cheeses.

Peanut Sauce:

Peanut Sauce and Satay are the signature dish of Malaysia. My family recipe. All ingredients are made from scratch. No peanut butter or coconut milk is used like many peanut sauces. This is truly the Malaysia authentic peanut sauce. It is a perfect condiment to compliment any salad, meats, seafood, tofu, vegetables, rice, noodles or quinoa.
